Check-Out is within 10am. We allow deposit luggage for free ONLY in the common areas. Each Guest is responsible for its own belongings and it could be possible to get in back using the access codes appointed by Reception you received during booking.

Thanks for your message. Usually, we accomodate 1 person in the the wedding bed and the other in the single additional bed for free. This option will cost as a double room use because we do not have split beds at the moment.

Thanks for your question. We do not allow Guests below the legal age of 18 years old. In case they want to come any way, it is necessary a document signed by both parents where they took responsability for the period of the stay with ID attached.

A wonderfully relaxed stay at a beautiful place with easy Check In.
Wonderful accommodation in the heart of Florence. The marble walls (maybe five metres high) are more than impressive. The accommodation as well as the surroundings feel like a 5 star hotel/apartment. We only stayed for one night and it was no problem to leave our luggage in the common area during the day. Due to the nice staff, we felt safe with it at all times.

It's the best location in Florence, a beautiful apartment, super clean, very nice
The front desk is only in the morning, and it's not a hotel, more like an apartment rental. But this is the only downside. The rest is superb
